About Civil Engineering Department
Civil Engineering Department has been in existence since 2007 and first batch was pass out in 2010. Presently the intake of this programme is 60.
The department has produced several eminent engineers since 2010 from rural area who have placed in various central/state organizations and PSUs and their important contributions are in the field of planning and execution of many important Civil Engineering projects.
Apart from regular teaching and learning the subjects, the department provides its students and faculty to participate in real life projects, such as, Performance and evaluation of existing sewage treatment plant in the vicinity of the institute, Establishing pilot plant and analyzing the various parameter of wastewater, Quantitative assessment of ground water of the campus, Preparing special repair estimate of the institute and so on.
